I donot understand why I requested one and never got it.I will Sail on Ecstasy out of Galveston on Aug 14 to Cozumel. This is my first time to use Carnival and I want to trust them to keep there word as far as my reguest for the DVD and alomg with cruise and cabin . We are a party of 5 in one cabin 2 ad and 3 child.
