These stunning photos of the 110,000-ton Carnival Glory and Carnival Liberty docked in St. Thomas were taken by Carnival Glory’s A/V Manager Zed Dragun who snapped the images from a prime vantage point at the highest location on the island.
Both ships crossed path in St. Thomas as part of their popular eastern Caribbean cruise programs that feature a day-long call at the destination every other week.
Carnival Liberty visits St. Thomas on seven-day cruises from Miami, while Carnival Glory calls at the island on week-long voyages from Port Canaveral.
Starting December 12, 2009, the new 130,000-ton Carnival Dream – the line’s largest ship – will assume the Carnival Glory’s year-round program from Port Canaveral, providing its more than 3,600 guests an opportunity to experience St. Thomas’ legendary beaches and shopping.
