If you’ve seen the photos, just wait to you see the live footage!
Exclusive video of the dramatic waterslide race on the new Carnival Dream between Carnival’s Senior Cruise Director John Heald and President and CEO Gerry Cahill is now available on the www.carnival.com/dream (click on videos).
The video shows Heald and Cahill enjoying the various attractions at the ship’s expansive WaterWorks aqua park, including the 82-foot-long racing slides (Heald won), the 303-foot-long Twister slide – the longest in cruising – and the exhilarating DrainPipe with its unique funnel-style design.
The line’s largest ship, the 130,000-ton Carnival Dream is currently sailing in Europe and will make its U.S. debut in November with a pair of eight-day cruises from New York. The ship will reposition to Port Canaveral, Fla., for year-round seven-day Caribbean service beginning December 12.
