To commemorate the Carnival Fantasy’s new four-, five- and seven-day cruise program from Mobile, Carnival Cruise Lines hosted a shipboard luncheon for nearly 100 local travel agents who also had an opportunity to tour the 2,056-passenger vessel and attend a presentation that provided an overview on recent happenings within the company.
Pictured here during the festivities are from left: Ann Meredith of Springdale Travel in Mobile; Rob Huffman, Carnival’s vice president of sales – southeast region; and Stacy Murphy and Maggie Guggenbiller, both of Springdale Travel.
Carnival Fantasy represents a capacity increase of 42 percent over the Holiday which inaugurated service from Mobile in 2004. Including Mobile, Carnival Cruise Lines sails from 19 North American homeports – the most in cruising.
