The web site for the Mahogany Bay Cruise Center (www.mahoganybaycc.com) in Roatan has been redesigned with a brand new look and feel, along with a wide variety of videos, images and information showcasing the popular cruise destination, which attracts more than 500,000 passengers annually.

Designed to provide an at-a-glance look of the sprawling 20-acre facility, the enhanced user-friendly web site offers videos and images highlighting features such as the “Magical Flying Beach Chair” – an elevated chair lift that takes passengers on from the cruise terminal to beautiful Mahogany Beach – along with an listing of available shore excursions and overview of the many on-site dining and retail establishments. A monthly cruise ship schedule, a web cam with live streaming video of the center, and a frequently asked questions section are also included.

Opened in December 2009 at a cost of $62 million, the Mahogany Bay Cruise Center includes a two-berth cruise terminal that can accommodate up to 8,000 passengers daily, along with a welcoming center, and an 825-foot-long white-sand beach with a volleyball court and myriad watersports opportunities.  Eight exclusive cabanas are also available for rent.
