Carnival’s new Seuss at Sea program – an exclusive partnership with Dr. Seuss Enterprises featuring a host of family-friendly events and activities – has been a huge hit with kids and parents alike.

And for those who want to bring some Dr. Seuss-inspired fun to their next cruise or purchase a permanent keepsake of their vacation, the line is now offering Dr. Seuss–branded in-cabin decorations and merchandise on its web site, carnival.com, through its virtual store, The Fun Shops.

Introduced earlier this year, Seuss at Sea features exciting youth, family, dining and entertainment experiences inspired by the amazing world and words of Dr. Seuss.  The fun-filled festivities include the Green Eggs and Ham Breakfast with the Cat in the Hat and Friends, an interactive reading event called Seuss-a-palooza Story Time, and the Seuss-a-palooza Character Parade along the promenade.  The recently renovated Carnival Freedom also features a family reading venue called Dr. Seuss Bookville.

New merchandise offerings available on carnival.com include everything from the original “Cat in the Hat” book to a plush Cat in the Hat doll and colorful Seuss-themed stateroom decorations. Prices range from $9 for the Cat in the Hat book to $62 for the Deluxe Storytime Package that includes a festive cascade of four hanging garlands from a Dr. Seuss-inspired centerpiece, a matching 12-inch table centerpiece, a 3-foot-long Seuss at Sea banner and a 20-inch door decoration. In addition, the Deluxe Storytime Package includes the book and plush doll.  The affordably priced packages include options with freshly baked cookies or cakes as well.

Ten Carnival ships are slated to feature Seuss at Sea by the end of 2014, with the remaining 14 ships implementing the program by mid-2015.
