Carnival Cruise Line has partnered with The Ellen DeGeneres Show, the country’s most popular daytime talk show, on a year-long celebration that will include fun in-studio audience competitions, online contests, exclusive digital content and more.
The celebration officially kicked off with a fun Carnival-inspired game with several members of the audience each of whom won a cruise. Later Ellen announced a new “Watch and Win” game for fans at home in which viewers who remember a key word or phrase from previous shows can win a Carnival cruise. Carnival-branded segments will also be showcased within EllenTube, ellentv.com, and other digital properties and will feature fun and engaging content like last week’s video of the self-proclaimed presidential expert – six-year-old Macey Hensley – visiting the Carnival Breeze to serve as manager for The Cat in the Hat’s recently announced presidential campaign. The partnership also includes digital montage videos with exclusive behind-the-scenes footage from the show, and various “surprise and delight” moments throughout the year.
