A Food Lover’s Review

Marlyn Monette, a food writer for “The Shreveport Times”, just published a review of her recent cruise experience on the Carnival Ecstasy. She includes detailed descriptions of her dining experience and is kind enough to share some recipes from Executive Chef Alwyn Coelho. Our favorite part of the story, besides the delicious descriptions of her meals, is her admission of taking a photo of a sunglasses wearing rabbit towel animal waiting for her upon her stateroom arrival.
