The Carnival Fascination passes under the Dames Point Bridge as it arrives in Jacksonville, Fla., Saturday, Sept. 20, 2008, to begin year-round, four- and five-day cruises from JaxPort. The 2,052-passenger is the largest cruise ship to ever base from Jacksonville and Carnival officials expect the vessel to carry about 170,000 passengers on an annual basis.
