Following a summer spent in Alaska and Hawaii, Carnival Spirit is returning to San Diego for round-trip four- to nine-day cruises along Mexico’s Pacific Coast beginning Oct. 8, 2010.

The four-night cruises include a stop at Cabo San Lucas, while five-night voyages feature both Cabo San Lucas and Ensenada.  Both of these destinations are known for their lush landscapes, gorgeous white-sand beaches and seemingly endless array of on-shore experiences.

On eight- and nine-day cruises, Carnival Spirit will visit some of Mexico’s hottest destinations, including Acapulco, Cabo San Lucas, La Paz, Mazatlan and Puerto Vallarta.  These voyages feature some of Mexico’s most breathtaking sights, including miles of sun-kissed beaches, luxurious waterfront resorts, and the beautiful Sierra Madre mountains.

Carnival Spirit’s San Diego-based program will run through Apr. 1, 2011, after which it will sail two 12-day Hawaii cruises followed by another season of seven-day Glacier Route cruises from Seattle beginning May 4, 2011.
