Earlier this week, Carnival Glory made its 100th call to Saint John, New Brunswick, and to commemorate this milestone, a ceremony was held on board with port executives, local officials and the ship’s officers in attendance.

During the reception, Carnival Glory Captain Francesco La Farina was presented with a number of mementos from Port of Saint John’s CEO James Quinn and Chairman of the Board Peter Gaulton, and Aquila Tours President Beth Kelly Hatt, among others.

Over the course of its 100 port calls to Saint John, Carnival Glory has brought more than 32,000 visitors to the historic and charming port, providing guests the opportunity to tour notable natural landmarks such as Reversing Falls, where the highest tides in the world intersect with the St. John River and force it to flow backwards twice daily; the Bay of Fundy, with its gorgeous backdrop of rugged rock formations; and the Saint John Historic District with stately Victorian homes, elegant churches and quaint boutiques and eateries.
