Construction Continues on Carnival Vista in Preparation for Spring 2016 Debut

  Carnival Vista has now moved to the wet dock at the Fincantieri shipyard in Italy where construction continues in anticipation of the ship’s spring 2016 debut. In today’s photo montage, prefabricated staterooms are being installed throughout the 133,500-ton vessel, the largest and most innovative Carnival ship ever constructed.  In total, Carnival Vista will house 1,968 staterooms in a wide range of accommodation categories, from balcony staterooms to spa cabins to deluxe ocean view accommodations featuring two bathrooms and five berths – perfect for families.   Carnival Cruise Line – Texas’ largest cruise operator and the Official Cruise Line of the Dallas Cowboys – provided a day of gridiron-inspired fun at the Ultimate Cowboys Fan Fest held this weekend at Klyde Warren Park in Dallas. More than 6,000 fans enjoyed a full schedule of activities, capped off by a free concert by country superstar Trace Adkins who treated fans to an hour-long performance of his biggest hits. Three Times the Fun!

  It was three times the fun when Carnival Breeze, Carnival Sunshine and Carnival Dream met up in beautiful San Juan. The trio of “Fun Ships” brought upwards of 10,000 visitors to the Puerto Rican capital, providing guests the opportunity to check out such popular sites as the historic El Yunque National Forest and the centuries-old Fort San Felipe del Morro and, of course, relax on the gorgeous white-sand beaches that have attracted sun worshippers the world over. Alas, the San Juan meet up was short lived as the three ships departed the port and continued on their respective Caribbean adventures. Carnival Cruise Line To Begin Operations In China In 2017

  Carnival Cruise Line announced today that it will begin cruise operations in China starting in spring 2017 with one vessel based in China year-round offering cruises marketed to Chinese guests. New Third Berth Opens at Carnival Corporation’s Puerta Maya Port in Cozumel

  Carnival Corporation’s new three-berth pier at the company’s Puerta Maya port in Cozumel, the most popular cruise destination in the Caribbean, today welcomed its first trio of ships, all from its Carnival Cruise Line brand — Carnival Breeze, Carnival Freedom and Carnival Triumph. With an investment of over $20 million, the extra capacity provided by the new “arm” allows more ships to call on Cozumel and more passengers who can visit.
