Carnival Corporation's new three-berth pier at the company's Puerta Maya port in Cozumel, the most popular cruise destination in the Caribbean, today welcomed its first trio of ships, all from its Carnival Cruise Line brand -- Carnival Breeze, Carnival Freedom and Carnival Triumph. With an investment of over $20 million, the extra capacity provided by the new "arm" allows more ships to call on Cozumel and more passengers who can visit. In 2014, about 1.6 million passengers from six of the company's 10 brands visited Puerta Maya.
