Carnival Cruise Line President Christine Duffy was honored by the United States Coast Guard (USCG) during a reception celebrating the USCG’s Seventh District, which encompasses South Florida where the cruise line’s headquarters are located.
Duffy was recognized for her longstanding support of the USCG, both during her time at Carnival and her position as president and CEO of the Cruise Lines International Association, a trade association representing the North American cruise industry.
In her remarks, Duffy applauded the role that the USCG plays in maritime safety, its tremendous impact on our community, and excellent relationship with the cruise industry.
