For the launch of the new Carnival Vista, Carnival Cruise Line partnered with Arnold Worldwide to help bring the ship’s unique features to life through a groundbreaking 360-degree video campaign featuring YouTube and Instagram-star Zach King.
The personable King takes viewers on a fun tour of the ship’s many innovative features – everything from the aerial attraction SkyRide and the longest slide in the fleet, the 455-foot-long Kaleid-o-slide – engaging the audience through use of special effects, optical illusions, Easter egg hunts and magical sleight of hand tricks.
Created by Bipolar ID, the videos were shot during Carnival’s Vista inaugural European season and are being distributed via the line’s social channels, including Facebook, YouTube, Carnival.com, and AwayWeGo.com.
This 360-degree video initiative is part of the line’s “A Brand New View” marketing campaign which will continue to be rolled out in the coming weeks in advance of the Carnival Vista’s U.S. arrival.
The line’s newest, largest and most innovative ship, Carnival Vista is currently sailing in Europe and will reposition to New York for a pair of 11-day sailings in November before launching year-round Caribbean service from Miami later that month.
