Carnival Cruise Line received “Best Value for the Money” and “Best Service” honors in Cruise Critic’s annual Editors’ Picks Awards which are selected by a panel of editors at the popular cruise-oriented web community.  This marks the fourth consecutive year that Carnival has been recognized as “Best Value for the Money.”

Carnival has consistently won top honors in the Best Value category for providing a vacation experience that exceeds guests’ expectations while providing superior affordability.  Many of the line’s offerings – from Guy’s Burger Joint developed in tandem with Food Network star Guy Fieri and the BlueIguana Cantina Mexican eatery to entertainment and activity choices like the high-tech Playlist Productions, Punchliner Comedy Club performances and the Seuss-a-palooza Parade and Story Time, part of Seuss at Sea operated exclusively with Dr. Seuss Enterprises – are all offered free of charge.

Carnival earned Best Service honors for providing friendly and attentive service from the line’s nearly 40,000 shipboard employees, who consistently go “above and beyond” to create a warm, welcoming and inviting environment for the 5 million guests who sail with the line annually.  All Carnival employees undergo extensive training that is part of the line’s Carnival Service Values, a comprehensive training program that stresses personalized service and making guests feel as if they are part of the Carnival Family.
