Americans Have Vacation Deficiency. Carnival Cruise Line Has the Solution.

In its ongoing effort to help America Choose Fun and in conjunction with National Plan for Vacation Day, Carnival Cruise Line is offering a solution with savings and discounts aimed at the 55 percent of Americans who don’t use all of their paid vacation days each year.

Using the tag line #TakeTheDays, Carnival is encouraging consumers not to leave their vacation days on the table by offering cruises starting from $59 per person, per day to sunny locales throughout the Caribbean, Bahamas and Mexico and other destinations.

“Studies show that more 768 million vacation days go unused each year. With our #TakeTheDays offering, we’re encouraging consumers to escape the cold, make the most of their vacation time and Choose Fun with Carnival,” said Jayne Andrews, senior director of brand and advertising for Carnival Cruise Line.

Available across the line’s booking channels as well as any travel agent, the National Plan for Vacation Day promotion runs Jan. 28-31 and applies to a wide variety of three- to 17-day sailings from homeports throughout the East and West Coasts, the Gulf of Mexico and Europe.
