Building upon its “Onboard with You” pledge to travel advisors, Carnival Cruise Line has launched a new eight-part online sales certification series designed to help agents enhance their sales skills and expand their business through proven marketing strategies.
Led by Carnival’s business development managers, FUNdamentals of Successful Selling launches today with twice weekly sessions that focus on a wide range of areas, including:
- Business Building Strategies
- Planning Fun, Memorable Vacations for Clients with Future Cruise Credits
- Using Social Media to Engage with Clients
- Hosting Virtual Cruise Parties
- Developing Lifelong Client Relationships
- Creating Your Personal Brand
- Engaging in Ongoing Learning
The program’s final course – Keys to Sales Success Today – will be hosted by Adolfo M. Perez, Carnival’s senior vice president of global sales and trade marketing and his sales leadership team who will share their extensive knowledge and expertise to reinforce key success factors in today’s rapidly evolving travel industry.
“These are unique times and therefore, we created FUNdamentals of Successful Selling as a way to tap into the vast knowledge of our highly talented sales force to help agents from every agency model connect with their clients in unique and creative ways to expand both their short- and long-term business,” Perez said.
After completion of the program and a short learning quiz, all FUNdamentals of Successful Selling participants will receive a certificate of completion signed by Perez and an official logo that they can use on their website, email signature and marketing materials.
FUNdamentals of Successful Selling is available to all Carnival travel advisors on GoCCL.com at no cost. For agents who are unable to attend the sessions online, courses are available on-demand, offering additional convenience and flexibility.
