Carnival Cruise Line’s Fleet Operations team in Miami is continuing to closely monitor the potential impacts of Hurricane Ian. Our thoughts are with our guests and local residents who are affected by the storm.

Because of closures at Port Canaveral, the Port of Tampa Bay and the Port of Jacksonville (JAXPort) the following sailings were cancelled:

Carnival Liberty – Three-day cruise from Port Canaveral, Fla. on Friday, Sept. 30.

Carnival Paradise – Four-day cruise from Tampa, Fla. on Thursday, Sept. 29.

Carnival Elation – Four-day cruise from Jacksonville, Fla. on Thursday, Sept. 29.

       Note: Guests will receive a full refund and a 25% Future Cruise Credit.

In addition, the following changes have been made to sailings due to the storm:

Carnival Legend will have a delayed arrival to Baltimore, Md. today. This will also delay embarkation on the ship’s next voyage, which will be communicated directly to guests scheduled to sail.

Carnival Magic will have a delayed arrival to Norfolk, Va. today. This will also delay embarkation on the ship’s next voyage, which will be communicated directly to guests scheduled to sail.

Carnival Liberty, which departed Port Canaveral, Fla. on Monday, Sept. 26, is now returning to Port Canaveral today.

Carnival Paradise, which departed Saturday, Sept. 24 from Tampa, Fla., is docking at the Port of Tampa Bay today. The ship was originally set to return Thursday, Sept. 29.

Carnival Elation, which departed Saturday, Sept. 24 from Jacksonville, Fla., is arriving back at JAXPort today. The ship was originally scheduled to return Thursday, Sept. 29.

Carnival Sunshine, which departed Charleston, S.C. on Monday, Sept. 26, is expected to dock once the Port of Charleston reopens, which is expected to happen Sunday. The ship was originally scheduled to return Saturday, Oct. 1.

The ship’s next voyage, which was originally scheduled to depart Saturday, Oct. 1, is now delayed and is planned to operate as a four-day sailing departing Sunday, Oct. 2, with a one port call to Nassau, Bahamas and guests will receive a one-day pro-rated refund of our cruise fare and a $50 onboard credit. Guests who decide not to travel will receive a full refund.
